§ 2 Principles of our data collection
(1) We usually collect personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR: "All information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who, directly or indirectly, in particular by association with an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more special features, expresses the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person can be identified."
(2) If you only use our website for information purposes, the data specified in Section 4 (1) will be collected on the basis of Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
(3) All personal data are only stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed (principle of "storage limitation" according to Art. 5 Para. 1 Letter e GDPR).
§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website
(1) The purely informational use of the website, if you do not register, send us a message via the contact form or otherwise provide us with information, only leads to the collection of personal data that your browser transmits to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR):

§ 5 Your rights

b. Right to rectification according to Art. 16 GDPR;
c. Right to erasure in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
i.e. Right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR if you dispute the accuracy of the data; if the processing is unlawful but you request restriction instead of erasure; if we no longer need the data, but you still need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
e. Right to object to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR (see Section 3 of this data protection declaration);
f. Right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR.
(2) You also have the right, in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
§ 6 Right to object
The right to object from Art. 3 Para. 1 lit. e of this data protection declaration includes, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, the following cases in particular:
(1) You can revoke any consent you may have given pursuant to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR at any time.
(2) If your data has been collected and processed due to the fulfillment of the contract, a revocation is also possible. A possible deletion of the data may conflict with legal requirements.
(3) If the data processing is based on a balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary in particular to fulfill a contract with you, but this is set out separately in each case. If you exercise such an objection, we ask that you explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In this case, we will examine the situation and will either stop or adjust the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate reasons for continuing the processing.
§ 7 data security
Your data will be stored by us using appropriate technical and organizational security measures and protected against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. These measures correspond to the state of the art.
We use SSL encryption to encrypt the website. You can tell whether a page is being transmitted in encrypted form by the key or closed lock symbol in the status bar of your browser. If you click on it, you will also get more information about the certificate used for this.
§ 8 Contact
If you contact us (e.g. by e-mail, telephone or via social media such as Facebook), your details will be processed to process this contact. In doing so, they are either subject to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit b. GDPR (in the context of a (pre)contractual relationship, e.g. a declaration of membership) or according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f. GDPR (other inquiries, e.g. on political positions). Your data can be stored in a CRM system.
We delete the data relating to your request if it is no longer required. We check the necessity every two years, unless statutory retention requirements prescribe other storage periods.
§ 9 Social Media
We operate online presences within a wide variety of social networks.
We expressly point out that your data may also be processed outside the European Union. This can create risks as it can make it more difficult to enforce your rights under the GDPR. Providers from the USA (e.g. Twitter and Facebook), who are certified according to the EU Privacy Shield, undertake to comply with EU data protection standards.
The providers can process your data for advertising purposes, market research and the like. The data collected can be used with the help of cookies and user accounts to place advertising outside the platform or to collect and evaluate user behavior and interests.

§ 10 Integration of external content and services of third parties

§ 11 E-mail dispatch and hosting
The hosting services we use provide the following services: computing capacity, email, storage and database services, infrastructure and platform services, security and technical maintenance services to operate this online service.
Here we or our hosting provider process the data under § 3 para. 1 lit aj. (3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website) according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f. GDPR. In addition, there is order processing between the hosting provider and us in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Log file data is stored for a maximum of one week and then deleted. For evidence purposes, data that is necessary for this can be stored until the incident has been finally clarified.
